Naah Allotey on Behance
Before working at Harlem Hospital, Naah Allotey worked at other well-known medical institutions. From 2004 to 2007, she worked at the Korlebu Teaching Hospital in Ghana, West Africa. During her time there, she worked in the Emergency Room Department with triage patients, helping people when they were at their most vulnerable. From 2011 to 2016, Allotey worked at Merwick Rehab Center as a night shift supervisor. This job gave Naah Allotey a great chance to grow and show how strong a leader she was by giving her the difficult task of running a facility with 200 beds. As a supervisor, she was in charge of staffing, leading the rapid response team, and making sure that patients were safe and getting the care they needed.
